Calculate the probability of not having a summer job for each age group by dividing the target group by the entire group (69/89 for ages 14-15 for example). Then divide again to find the ratio of these probabilities to determine how many times more likely it is for the 14-15 age group to not have a summer job compared to the 16-17 age group. Doe that make sense? Let me know what you get.
