Love Waffle House. Went to WH in Florida, Virginia and Texas. You know? The closest WH is in Bethlehem, PA right off Route 78.

I went to WF in North Miami, not very impressed. Broke my heart, if I'm being honest. I felt that the waffles were too flat, too Meh. Way to much pork on the menu, with no non-pork alternatives. Pretty sure they use margarine and not real butter. Conversely, the people and service was very nice and no long wait even though it was packed. I did enjoy the video my Brotha.
