I'll admit that even though I like both Revy AND Roberta, I was rooting for Roberta because she went to great lengths to rescue Garcia plus she's openly nice and caring to people who return it plus she's polite and only becomes a killing machine when she or people she cares about are threatened. Also, she may have killed countless numbers of people during her time as a terrorist but she believed she was fighting to ensure a brighter future for her people. When she realized the truth that the faction she was a part of was in league with criminal cartels, she left and made a new life for herself serving Garcia and his dad and only activated her violent side when they were threatened with death /and when Garcia's dad was killed/. In my opinion, she won the fight as she stayed conscious while Revy was knocked out cold at the end.

Guys, earlier in this episode Revy was shot with Roberta's umbrella grenade launcher, knocked out for a while, then shot in the arm by Roberta. Reason for Revy passing out is clear ... And Roberta didn't hold back, just in Roberta's blood trail she went insane, I am sure if Revy went insane it would be the same thing and Revy could destroy someone's skull with her fist also. Revy didn't get a chance to take down Roberta in Roberta's blood trail because she got shot in the arms by Balalika, so we never truly know who would win in a fight. But my vote is 100% on Revy, Revy never had any of that training Roberta had when she worked as military, Revy was just a street rat who learned her own ways. Now that says something about Revy. DON'T FORGET, Roberta was on drugs, and drugs make you do crazy shit like completely destroying someones skull with your own fist, example; bath salts made someone eat a hobo and took 9 shots to take the person down. Roberta could be that way in Blood Trail. :P

Well in Blood trail Roberta took a lot of painkillers winding up in a overdose giving her hallucinations and a boost in strength. That and she held back in front of the young master, wouldn't want him to be traumatized seeing the floor covered in Revy's insides
