A really helpful video, but I have a question. My house is bare breeze block inside now the plaster has come off. Do I plasterboard before or after the rewire? Will an electrician chase into breeze block or should the plasterboard and plaster be on and then replanted to fill in the channels?

Ideally to make it easy for installing the cables, the cabling would need to be installed before any plastering or boarding. Cabling will run down the surface of the block and then sheathed using a type of capping to protect the cabling from damage. The boxes may need to be sunk into the block 10-15mm if using 35mm back boxes. Always allow 25mm from the block if the wall is being dot and dabbed. If it is hard wall then you need to make sure the back boxes are no more than 5-10mm proud of the block. The idea is that the back box would sit flush with the finished wall.
