I'm stunned with how far this ol' rig has come along! Can't wait to see the interior start to come together. Just wanted to point something out though, as someone who's done home renovations before. It's best to leave the flooring install for as late as feasibly possible. Reduces the risk of scuffs and stains during the interior installation. At least it's linoleum in this case, so it's relatively easy to clean, patch or replace as needed, but there's no sense in doing a job twice if it can be helped otherwise.

Buying that wrecked camper for the interior and power was a masterstroke and how right you are to just clear everything original out of that Motorhome and starting again to put in stuff you know is right. A blank canvass was right! Genius idea to put practically new and proven electrics in that old vehicle. So many future issues taken away right there. Hope you re-use the interior fittings and panels from that camper (if they fit) because it all looks in great condition. Keep it coming mate!

I must say that this has been one of the best rebuilds this year so far ! I loved those as a kid . the luniolium was brilliant ! The buying of the new damaged camper was genius ! The old body with completely new systems is PRICELESS ! No wondering about anything as you routed the whole thing and know exactly how its put together is invaluable . I loved the external power unit hookup with the fiberglass wall from the damaged camper retrofitted to inside the original side door was fabulous . Plus its not exposed and now in a locked case . Which there is enough to add extra things like an external WiFi station for when your camping and sitting next to the home . I just appreciate your channel watching you and dad work together is great ! I wish all of your family's A Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year ! A very faithful subscriber ! God Bless !

WOW, this sure brings back memories of rebuilding our old Holiday Rambler camper trailer. We also scrounged up a totaled out second camper to scrounge for parts but really only used the shower and bathroom fixtures. I ended up rewiring ours completely from scratch, with all new wire, controllers, inverters, solar panels, a bank of batteries, and modern amenities. I'm glad that the propane system was reliant on the larger 30lb bottles instead of the larger built in tank but only because the trailer really couldn't drive itself to the propane station. I installed an all new water tank and plumbing using PEX. You'll need at least a 4K generator to power that rig if you plan on using the AC and be sure to install a fuel line that feeds from the main tank with a pump. On a full tank of fuel (28 gal on our Winnebago) you can run the genset for 3-4 days before having to refuel. That will keep the wife and kids happy with AC, microwave and TVs working. Install a lot of USB charging points on the 12v system. Trust me on that point! BTW RETINT THOSE WINDOWS! You're gonna need that extra protection from the heat in the summer time!
