You put those huge A/T tires on the truck, and it's running a 3-speed automatic. I'm sure gearing-up the truck with much taller tires isn't going to do anything for the acceleration performance of the truck. That being said, I would totally love to see you do an engine tear-down and rebuild on this vehicle!

My friend had one of these brand new back in the day,looked great,but was the worst vehicle ever. Actually was one of the first lemon law cases. Junk straight from the factory.. peq

"rebuild black" on the backing plates. To quote a well-known KZbin "guy" - "rebuilding.... rebuilding...." Front bumper really does look good considering. This truck might be worth some tractor paint.

I've been looking for an older dodge 4x4 like this maybe a w150/w200...I can't get over the prices!!! In northeast ohio everything's rusted out or when I find a somewhat reasonable price, way down in the description "roller only, bad transmission, no/bad engine"!!!! Any power wagon, k10/20, or F250 used to be around $800-$1,500. Now, everybody knows what they got lol. Great job gentlemen.👍

Such a great build. One if my favourite ones. Makes me wanna go find one and make a beater truck. I had an okd prospector I plowed with for a year. Wish I had it again!! Definitely pull the motor and do a quick rebuild!

ok if you get that rig started i love to drive it just because the 300' 6cyl was a great motor back in the 80's they were pretty much bullet proof and i owned a old 84 f250 with hydraulic clutch my old man stuck his foot through the bed of the truck so i got one for 400 bucks including tailgate excellent shape no dents and paint was great i kept that truck from 86 to 1995 then i bought a mighty max that was a 93 then i bought a 1990 f150 truck had major problems so i bought a 2001 f150 4x4 traded that one to my mom cause she could get better cash out of that truck in of her 2003 cause i need the 2003 for all the grand kiddos i take to school every morning

My vote is an engine rebuild and refresh. Of course I'm partial to Mopars. This truck has so much potential. Great underside is the key.
