@ Brother chill, the E max CD only goes down by 2 seconds at Max and damage doesn’t scale, where W max has 4 seconds, and extra 2000 range, and more damage.

It really just is. Still good, because he is more reliant on hitting e wich is easier to land and is also the main point of the rework. His Ult Dps is worse, when you dont Land Demonflares. So a little more Skill Expressive in general. And this is definitly good for a kind of Low Elo Statstick.
