Like a Spiderverse Cinematic Universe written by Christopher Lord & Phil Lord. The Amazing Spider-Man (2011) Peter Parker is grieving the death of Mary Jane at the hands of Hobgoblin, a scene with Spider-Man beating up Hobgoblin almost killing him. The Story is about Peter overcoming grieve. Peter is college and is already Spider-Man has a crush on Gwen Stacy and promises to help Dr Connors regrow his right arm. Dr Connors's family is in this film and it's very wholesome in the final battle Captain Stacy is alive Peter cures Connors and brings him back to his family. The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rampage of Rhino (2014) I think Rhino deserved better so why not have Dolph Lundgren play and his goal to get money for Russia the Peter and Gwen stuff says like you. Spider-Man kills Rhino out of self defense. I'd save Electro for the third movie which would be a Spiderverse type film.

3 little tweaks: 1.) No opening with Peters parents 2.) have it be tonally consistent with TASM 2 3.) the suit will be an edited version of the TASM 1 suit
