Best advice i could give is a boost leak test. These are cheep and easy to make from pvc fittings at bunnings and a tyre valve. Place the on the turbo intake pipe and pump compressed in and listen for the leak. You will have a large obvious one if its that. That will leave 2 other options masive exhaust leak (cracked manifold) of the turbo is shot. The turbos on these cars are like plastic with the ceramic wheels and sadly this is what it is most likely going to be. But the boost leak test will help narrow down your search.

little hack i saw once upon a time. if you unbolt your seatbelt from the bottom and loop it through the bride seat through that little gap in the bottom corner itll actually hold you in better :)

Get a timing light onto it first of all if alg run a smoke test on it to look for boost leaks, cn make one easy look up a few vids

Connect turbo outlet directly to the throttle body - bypass the intercooler, and see if it makes boost

Rent yourself a smoke tester and check properly for leaktightness on the turbo system.

Some of the really early Skyline track cars in Japan they were doing RB30 block with RB20 head. Nobody does it anymore. Would be cool to bring back the old school and run an RB30/20 in the R32.

Of course they used rivets. Who wouldn't? Time to pull the turbo and related bits. Can't recommend rebuild in the home garage unless you're tooled up for that -- balance issues at high rotation speeds.

Hey mate have u checked the waste gate actuator is staying shut until it makes the 7 psi if it dosnt the turbo won’t spool up at low revs because it will bleed exhaust gasses off alternately put a boost gauge on and see wat boost it actually is making and wen it makes it

Have you tired even just checking the blow off valve, if it’s defective you’ll not make any boost and car will feel N/A same with the pcv system, if there’s a leak in that it’ll do a similar issue

Afm could be faulty. Swap out the afm from your other 32 and see if it fixes the issue

Get a new Z32 air flow sensor. Its definitely a sensor issue. Check your ECU to find the faults hopefully.

Update on 2000 Camry LE 4 cylinder and a question for you please respond thanks. I found out on KZbin the upstream O2 oxygen sensor I was buying was the wrong one. This one I have is a shortband O2 oxygen sensor the one that I need is a AFR 02 Sensor which is a wideband sensor this is the one I need to make the engine run correctly. Now my question to you. Should I put 17 X 8 Satin Black 5 Spoke custom rims on the Camry? Caleb said no to the 18 inch rims. Caleb works at Sergeant's tire. Please respond to this question thanks.

Check and clean your afm, fault could be putting it into rich and retard. Also check wastegate actuator isnt stuck open, and make sure bov isnt stuck open. You wont hear much turbski noises on a stock airbox
