Ok Ok i fluffed the bonus round my bad....😂 Soon as i come to stage the car it just moved 🤐 lessons lurnt for next time. Since its been built we have been leaning on it hard... evey weekend its been out on track days and abused hard. This little car on a B road or track is absolutely mind bending. I'm 32 and when i first got into cars i remember going in the backseat of a 400 bhp mk4 Supra to a car meet and turning all the heads, and being the fastest car there. Meanwhile C20XE Nova's where racing mapped Subaru GC8's and PD130's. Those were the early days of DSG and AWD was for rallying or old people. Those days were fun! It's amazing how far technology in cars has come but i just don't get that excited anymore for a M140i / RS3 / Golf R, and i find myself dreaming about how the scene was 15 years ago 🙂

That air shift sequential is lethal in the right hands. If the SRD guy drove the whole thing then I think it maybe would have won the rolls as well. But on his feature the other day he stated he wasn't a good driver 😂. But you got to put some respect on them 3 cylinders that they are worthy of. It's is just simply amazing how engine technology has evolved. 800bhp from a 1.6ltr, 3 cylinder engine. A decade ago that would blasphemy 😅😂 to even say out loud. My god these engines are impressive. No big heavy, lumbering V8 needed.

My thoughts: 1. The far left lane (least hp) GRY sounded the best outside, and the far right lane (most hp) GRY sounded the best in the cabin. 2. Far right lane GRY driver needs more practice. He is the oldest driver, so reaction time might be slower due to age. He also is running the wrong tire for launches. 3. I do not like the sound or look of those sequentials. Just sound like crap and look wanky. 4. Middle lane GRY driver is the best driver in the group 5. Far right lane GRY needs to be taken off the manual 1/4 mile time leaderboard ASAP! It shifts itself! After the start, it becomes fully automatic! That is not a true manual and you know it!

Yea, it doesn't make much sense. The guys in Australia only making 550whp on a stock block engine with head studs, sequential box, were running 10s two years ago... EKanoo Racing GR Yaris even has the stock transmission and goes 10.5".
