In the GPS player you forgot to mention the setting as we are not all experts in this stuff, and mine does not have any box's up on the top left like file.

I think you've covered this dash cam better than anyone else's videos here on KZbin. Bravo. I've been getting all of my dash cam's settings done ahead of time with a 12 volt power supply, so when I get the mount and rear dash cam installed it should be ready to go. I'm guessing you put the micro SD card into your computer to review the clips? Thanks again!

Yes the easiest way to see files on your computer is to take the memory card out and plug it into the computers card reader. That way, you don't have to remove the entire dashcam.

What is the g sensor high medium and low? Does high mean high sensitivity or that it needs a high amount for it to activate? And opposite for low?

The g-sensor will detect any impact to the vehicle while you drive and if it detects an impact, it will lock that video clip so it will not be overwritten. The hi, medium, low is just the sensitivity setting of the g-sensor and when it's triggered to lock the video clip. The dashcam is always recording regardless of the g-sensor sensitivity.

When you play back a video on a computer, does the video from 2 cameras play at the same time on a split screen, or can I split them and view each video separately?

The front and rear videos are separate videos saved on the memory card.

You have to format the memory card once you insert in the camera. There's an option that he showed. Also, "Camera Requirements Class 10 / UHS-I or higher MicroSD/SDHC/SDXC memory card up to 256GB (not included). Card Recommendations Kingston Canvas Go! MicroSD (pictured above) Kingston Canvas React MicroSD SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD NOTE: Please don't use SanDisk Ultra cards with our cameras. "

I bought this dash cam but returned it.. the cable for the rear camera is too short for my VW Atlas... I guess VW Atlas is bigger and longer than the Pathfinder

How do you set replay (on computer) to be continuous? Mine seems to be in a default of 2 minutes.

You cannot play all the video clips continuously on a computer. Whatever timeframe of event you are interested in, find that video clip (filename has timestamp), and watch that video clip. If you are interested in the video before or after that timeframe, then play those video clips. This is how ALL dashcams work.

Will the back camera work with the proper camera view on an almost vertical window, as on a pickup truck?

I have a newer Silverado with a flat rear window. The cam will stick to the glass but it's lens is real close to the glass because of the angle it has to be at. Literally a 1/16 of an inch. I would suggest another layer or 2 of two faced tape to get a little further away from the glass. Shouldn't be a problem though.

@@dial2fast I got one today, 2/20/20 and it does have parking mode now, but it will only record with the ignition off using their smart hardwire kit. Problem is it comes on ALL THE TIME, locking the videos, like when opening the car, closing the door, breathing on it, seriously though the sensor is way to sensitive no matter how you set it.

It’s a super capacitor not a “battery”. Shouldn’t go bad for at least 10 years in full sun.
