15:07 1 in 5 chance of doing slightly more damage and %pen against an unarmoured opponent, at the cost of 18%/22.5% lifesteal, 5% atk spd and 15 power. It's like he had a whole starter on top vs the DB. 3rd item reduced their healing to 60%, against your 0%. It was gunna tough with that build.

I'm not gonna lie Divine barrier is complete ass cheeks. I think the best way buff it is to give it 2 charges like sundering spear. or make it so that once it hasn't been active for a certain amount of time it will get destroyed but you get a couple seconds off cooldown for the next charge.
