This is a gorgeous property overall. But definitely this is for younger and active family or for corporates and not ideal as a retirement property for an old couple who wants to downsize because…first, the size is too much to maintain, second it’s too compartmentalized and not an open lay out ( obviously it needs some updating for this kind of price) and the stairways are massive…preferably an elevator instead. In fairness, I loved the laundry, electrical and plumbing rooms. That’s a plus especially for somebody who’s been used to these kinds of technologies abroad, it’s definitely very convenient and well thought. Hope, you’ll be able to sell this beautiful property for this kind of price, so goodluck 🙏

Mas maganda yun previously featured Mansion also in Plantation. 42M fully furnished pa. I guess ma negotiate pa yun na 38-39M. Then renovation worth 4-5M maging modern na ang look. Sabi nga, houses built now are ampaw vs the ones built before.

Who's gonna buy that very expensive house and lot in the Philippines? A foreigner cannot buy a house and lot in the Philippines unless he is married to a Filipino citizen. It's so expensive even for a rich Filipino. The price is so unbelievable. To think that how much lang ba kumita ng pera sa Pilipinas? Better to buy a house and lot in another country it's much cheaper there.
