The Iranian people and their culture was Beautiful before the revolution in 1979 . Which started back in January of 1978 . I distinctly remember when it all started, I just graduated from highschool 1978 Los Angeles County. I read up on their culture and was really surprised on how beautiful their country was . And the women had all kinds of rights. Held high professional jobs ,were able to drive cars ect.. Now they are being held captive by a Tyrannical regime.

I'm a 70 yr old American who has great respect for Iranian people. But I remember when our embassy was taken over by young people who called us evil....supporting his father.....death to America...remember? Ironic that his son is now your hero. Give one man total power you get a repressive dictator.
