What a clean lift of 263 kg 😱... absolutely gold 🥇... legend
@SuperLefty20007 жыл бұрын
Everybody here talking about how some other lifters have lifted more, those lifts were not official. All these heavyweight champs break the world record in training and sometimes go +10 Kg above world record but under tournament condition it's a totally different conversation. You have to overcome a lot of factors to lift and stress is one of them.
@Rohit04067 жыл бұрын
Taranenko has lifted more than rezazadeh in competition but previous world records were scrapped with weight class restructuring. For reference though taranenko was also a lot lighter than rezazadeh.
@richardduplessis10907 жыл бұрын
YES, that's true nut it's not just about stress. It's about peaking at the righttttt ime and that's not always easy by any means.

@Alex walker: Tarranenko lifted 266kgs in front of international referees. Watch it on KZbin. Stop being so obtuse
@mattagab27176 жыл бұрын
Late reply but from what I've heard its also the fact that most pros cycle during training and they stop before tournaments, which is why you see world record numbers in training.

Incredible. He already has the ability to break 272.3 kg/600 lbs (I believe) in terms of sheer explosive strength; but he needs to tighten up his technique. His technique is already excellent, but hitting 600 lbs will require a virtually perfect fusion of technique, power and balance.
@hydro.pl.279 жыл бұрын
Tomi Adewole Chemerkin could have easily got that, his downfall was he got way too big. At 230 and 240kg the bar was not even touching his shoulders or his collarbone really. Even when he does 262.5 and in the 250 the bar still is not touching his shoulders that much. If he stayed at maybe 375lbs he would have got under it in 2000 because the height was there.
