Ingredients and recipe:
- Spoiled banana 2 pcs
1. Shred with a fork
- Warm milk 100 ml
2. Mix with a whisk
- Dry yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
3. Stir again
- Egg 1 pc.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil 50 ml
4. Mix with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 500-550 g (add in parts)
5. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
6. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
7. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
8. Watch the video until the end, you've probably never seen a recipe like this before!
9. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
10. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
11. Cover the dough and let it rise for 55-60 minutes
12. The banana dough rose well, what a beauty!
13. Dough weight 926 g.
14. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
15. Roll them into a ball
16. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
- Water 2 l
17. Bring water to a boil
- soda 1/2 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
18. Cook in boiling water for 30-40 seconds on each side
19. Allow to cool
20. Place on a baking sheet
21. Look how unusual they become
22. Make cuts with scissors
23. Repeat after me, it's very simple, you will definitely succeed!
24. Spray or smear with water
25. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 24-26 minutes
26. The banana bread turned out fantastic! Very beautiful, tasty and unusual!

Der Überschrift-Titel ist Unsinn! Diese Bananen sind nicht verdorben sondern überreif! Das ist eben daran zu sehen, dass die Frucht innen zwar sehr weich, aber auch in dieser Phase den höchsten Fruchtzuckergehalt hat. Für solche Rezepte wie Bananenkuchen oder Milchmixgetränke etc. absolut ideal!
