100% Spot on. That will be the end result of this war. A Russia in ruins. -Not buildings on fire, but economical, agricultural, industrial, infrastructure like healthcare and education. Gone, simply gone. There will only be old people left. The younger ones are to drunk and infertile. Russia is becoming globally known as deceitful liars. Good luck drawing foreign investors back to kickstart Russia. The only thing Russia can be used for now, is to mine Russia barren for resources. -Convince me otherwise.

I can't tell if he actually believes it, or if he's simply saying exactly what the Russian totalitarian state apparatus has trained him to say. Obviously, if you're Putin, you want to hear your citizens say "I am merely a cog, I have no brain for thinking, no mouth for criticizing, only a heart that loves my Dear Leader and arms for shooting the enemies of my Dear Leader. I am glad to obey my orders to get killed for the good of the state, it's all I am good for." If there'd been a military officer nearby, he probably would have given that guy a medal.

Wow! I think this speaks volumes of how many Russian people feel. I was watching these types of interviews in the first 2-4 months of the war, and people really were too afraid to speak (who could blame them!) It's amazing, given that they are on film, that they feel so angry, that they now appear to have no issue with speaking their mind! It's good to see a cross section of the ages too, feeling the same way. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🌍💜🕊☮️🇺🇦

@Captain - bingo. Russian citizens, in vast majority, completely bought into putin's propaganda in 'de-Nazifying' Ukraine on Feb. 24 2022. The change in civilian perception has changed only because their standards of living are now being affected, some that they know/are related to are being conscripted, & promised 'bonuses' haven't been delivered. Otherwise, most would still be sitting on a comfortable couch watching putin's lies on tv.

And then to top it off he was "drafted" for reserves.
