RFK Jr. defends VP pick, says nation needs outsider: Full Interview | Cuomo

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. defended his running mate pick Wednesday, saying 38-year-old Silicon Valley attorney and entrepreneur Nicole Shanahan “probably has a higher IQ than almost anybody I’ve seen in public life today.”
Kennedy joined NewsNation’s “CUOMO” on Wednesday for his first interview since announcing Shanahan as his vice presidential pick. He made the announcement earlier this week at an event in Oakland, California, touting Shanahan’s passion for nutrition and healthy lifestyles, as well as her work with technology and artificial intelligence.

I just meant that military personnel are at constant risk of health problems from exposure to environmental hazards, occupational hazards such as contaminated water, exposure to asbestos and lead, chemicals, infections,exposure to radiation of many kind, like Sonar, warfare agents (chemical and biological weapons)and other hazards of the job etc. Being in combat, being separated from your family can be stressful. The stress can put service members and veterans at risk for mental health problems. I’m dealing with some health issues my self but I’m holding on strong and proud of having served my country.

AS a retired nurse in the health care system and later in pharmaceutical industry....I am SO disheartened by the lack of understanding of the lethal magnitude of the COVID epidemic. My family and friends who opted to receive the recommended vaccines all avoided the serious Covid infections and I am grateful that I had the choice of this option. I subscribe to integrated medicine that also promotes natural remedies and healthy lifestyle...and not denying that any product we introduce to our bodies has the potential for an undesired effect In Addition to the Positive Effects as well...lets not Dismiss those in the conversation! I would like an honest conversation with a few physicians and nurses (who were immersed in the critical care hospital wards over capacity ) about the ethics of this vaccine in light of the degrees of prevention it accomplished....including LONG covid which plagues victims possibly for life. Vaccines in my childhood saved endless lives and quality of lives without the disruption of political actors influencing that public health policy.

Honey, I'm a boomer and I'm here for RFK Jr and Shanahan. There are many, many naysayers out there, but doesn't everyone want some form of change in the freaking status quo? I sure do. These two are the breath of fresh air that America needs, in my humblest of opinions. But along with my fantasy is a knowledge of a dark reality that people love to complain about rather than do something about. I'm mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take it anymore! I expect a lot of flack for my stance but it won't be bothering me.
