He’s a good guy but Trump cares just as much and I’ll give two examples. First is asked about the Ukraine war and if he wants a Ukraine victory he said he wants “EVERYONE to stop dying” and he doesn’t think in terms of winning or losing but getting it settled. That is how a statesman talks why is Biden admin so intent on the war going on? An entire country leveled and its people displaced? Sounds evil to me. And the second is how he wants to continue running for the good of the people. If you look as hard as you can back through history you will never find a president who has been treated the way he has either before, during or after his presidency. Clinton lied under oath to congress and no one pursued anything serious. Nixon was found guilty and pardoned right after. Biden and his son have clear Chinese and traitorous ties yet no one bats an eye. Yet trump alone is persecuted and dragged before the public with contempt. And why you might ask? Because he said and I quote “In the end, they're not coming after me. They're coming after you - and I'm just standing in their way” Ask yourself why 250+ years of precedence is being thrown out for him and him alone in all of American history. Be objective. He’s not perfect he has a big mouth and no decorum. I think he should shut up half the time but he is a man of the people. No one would do what he did to be dragged through the mud and threatened with prison for the rest of his life if he didn’t have convictions. ✌🏽

This is an extremely important topic. I appreciate his honesty in speaking about this from a personal place. Also, I watched Cuomo and O'Reilly debate after the town hall about this. I don't often agree with either of them, but I appreciated also that Chris was honest about the causes of why people get into this place. That's what people don't want to hear. I agreed with O'Reilly that enabling is dangerous to the individuals and to those impacted by the addictions. However, Chris had a great point that punishment doesn't do much to help people meaningfully recover when the root causes are deeper than the surface behavior. It also discourages people from seeking help or getting it, which is exactly what we don't want. Lastly, there is no silver bullet to "treatment" for this stuff. RFK Jr. would like to study more and pursue more options. He said candidly that he's the first person to tell you the solution is NEVER in putting someone on another drug. It can help. Sobering up can help. But we need a longer term vision to tackle this. Our society lacks meaning, connection, and even basic resources. Hats off to NewsNation for featuring this content today.

There's similar in Spain of what he talks about, and the only people I know cured of severe heroin addiction, were a part of the program, "Proyecto Hombre" and I think that The Catholic Church is involved. It's farms like he explained. It's also for males and females, even if called "project man". Spain just like I suppose Italy the same way, has government addiction treatment and recovery centers, but they're not any type of temporary internment, unless hospitalizations required because of other health issues developed as a result of addiction. It's ALL voluntary, either way. After all one of my best friends is soon going to retire from being a specialized doctor in the government programs. Just like her husband, she believes in patriotic duty as civil servants, because she definitely would have made a lot more money in the private sector, instead of being in the public sector, but the government job hours allowed her to be able to be much more of a mother at home. Why her choice. She's dealt with knifes at her neck a couple of times as a result, patients in withdrawal seeking more methadone, but she was able to be home daily before her children returned from school. I've been in recovery and it changed my whole life at the program me from all the crap I was taught as a child in church and all that s*** about being bad when your born. The Joe Rogan podcast for example gets millions of viewers on Spotify alone before content is posted to KZbin. Rumble is gaining traction... Sure it's not comparable in size to KZbin but it's doing decent numbers and there are a number of podcasters and independent media personalities on there. Twitter is making significant progress as well... They are expanding with their long form video functionality. I think there is a lot more online video viewing diversity than ever before, and that's a good thing.
