Many years ago when I was in my 20's I saw George perform in New Hope, PA in a small tavern, I had an up close seat and I was so totally blown away I will never forget it. Now to see George and Joe together is really a dream come true! Thanks for this great performance!!!!! Can you guys do an album together of 50's rock? That would be beyond awesome!!! I will be the first customer !!

You know.. George is 73 as I'm writing this. His status as a pioneer and legend of rock & roll is untouchable, and he's gifted us with music that will last the test of time. But I'm more grateful for the fact that, after such a hard working career, he's been able to reach his 70's and enjoy them. Far too many great entertainers, not just musicians, die far too early. I often feel guilty that so many men and women spent their strongest years working to entertain us, sacrificing time with family (or having a family at all) and the regular perks of life we enjoy, only to pass away at 40, 50, 60 - before they ever got to slow down and start prioritizing themselves before their fans. Thank you, George and Joe, as well as your bands!

I saw George in concert in Washington, DC back in 1984 (might have been '85) which remains one of the best nights of my life. i worked as a roadie in 94 or 95 and George played our State Fair venue. 2nd song the power was cut and a city official came to the stage and told him that he was violating the city's (Salem, Oregon) decibel ordinance. George just yelled 'how much is the fine?'. George just yelled "cut a check and get this idiot off my stage. oh and turn this up, if we're paying the full amount we're getting our money's worth". I don't recall the amount but it was several thousand dollars.

George thorogood will always be my favorite guitarist I remember on his bad to the Bone tour in Akron Ohio I was wearing a white dress and looking fine on the second tier of the Jar arena ready to jump down on him and he looked at me and gave me the finger to come on down because they had to leave the stage underneath where I was sitting Security had to hold me back oh if I only would have made it to that first floor...... I LOVE YOU GEORGIE PORGIE

1992, Thursday night which was "country western night" at the Palms Restaurant in Carpinteria, California. (Tiny dance floor) Sitting at the bar with my girlfriend and the guy next to us got up and started speaking with the singer of the band (break time) 15 minutes later (guy at the bar) George (lives just up the road in Montecito) rips the place with some of his best songs. Truly a night to remember !
