Thank for your feedback and support! We don't feel there is an issue with the Battery Door as it won't break if the End Cap is properly installed. We also upgraded the End Cap and it's now called the Modular Cap. The Modular Cap is made of a super soft and durable silicone material and it protects the Critter from accidental drops and it makes it a lot easier to access the charging port.

Love the idea of the BT and app, I have tremors in my hands and working with the buttons to control the lighting is frustrating at time, cant wait to get a hold of the bt version
