@1:17 Just an FYI, that is not called a "DIP" package, but just a "through hole radial" package. DIP packages are Dual Inline Packages which are 2 rows of pins (like ICs or resistor arrays, etc).

Nice video, but electronic design is wrong. You should use NPN transistors as low side switches not PNP.

Hi, I used PNP transistor to avoid inverse logic at the output. Using PNP is not the issue. The problem is the used LED parallel configuration. A combination of series and parallel LEDs would guarantee better current distribution Thank you for your feedback

@@usefulelectronics there is no inverse logic with NPN transistor. HIGH on MCU pin turns on NPN transistor. Also you don't need base-emiter resistor to keep it off when there is no signal.

@@PLGonzoG yes You are right. I have checked the BJT I used and it is 2N5551 which is an NPN actually. I demonstrated the BJT I am using at 4:02 I will correct the schematic. Thank you
