you are the only person whos talked about the Pavotube 6C and said to use paper tape rather than gaff! its such bad practice especially if the location is someones house using Gaff on their walls, will destroy wallpaper and paint! (also just saw your comment below, more people need to be aware! so thank you for promoting good practice!

Thanks Ash! Yeah, I think most shooters who don't work on actual narrative or commercial sets (producer/videographers) are not even aware that paper tape even exists. Likely due to the ubiquitous nature of gaff tape. When people reach for my tape stringer and apologetically ask "oh can I have a little piece of gaff tape?" I'm like "yo, take as much as you like, I never use the stuff..."

Appreciate the video! Same here, I like the note of the paper tape. I've watched tons of lighting reviews these days. The best review is a mix of key data or data not available from the product websites and the usage of the light (3:40 and onward), especially the latter. Looking forward to more videos with this kind of content. I like the PavoTube. Having said so, I'm hoping the app will come out soon and the new PavoTube 15c will also incorporate the app and magnet.

Nice little video looking at 3 cool lights. As the weekend / Instagram dreamer photographer I enjoyed seeing all the behind the scenes for the product shots. Also I feel like "Magnets" are becoming the new clamps of photography, but we all know we will still use gaff tape lol

Thanks TY. Really appreciate the great comment. Though I would caution you with the gaff tape, it rips paint off walls! Use paper tape!
