So true how ridiculous it is that those cafeteria type objects don’t automatically hire the vendors for you. I’m playing a couple families that own businesses and you can’t have catering for the customers unless you hire them and they stay for such a short period of time. I’ve tried placing coffee machines, drink trays and such but the clients don’t use them, I guess since it’s not residential. So, wtf. Such a hollow game where we build for imagination purposes and decor 🥺. Had to remove the gorgeous staff room in my vet center because you can’t even give your workers a break and have them have a coffee and a chat, grab something to eat. Anyway, gorgeous build, I’ll be using it ❤️ Thank u

This is sooo good! I did the cheat to remodel my hospital but just a few quality of life things like sinks in all of the exam rooms and the operating rooms cause the only sinks were way across the hospital and I gave the doctors a resting area because my sim in the doctor career keeps getting tired at work. I also put new windows, but I didn't really remodel it much.

Awesome. The only thing I don’t like is the helicopter pad. (**I know it’s the sims… **) but you wouldn’t be able to wheel your patients gurney down those tiny steps, there’s usually an elevator. Well done though. Now I want to download and play again 😀

Really want a new hospital as i played through the old one from scratch to end and even had my own chief office there.. so now im 3 generations further and it would be weird to play in the same hospital again so thank u for this man! Love how realistic the exterior looks :)

RG! Hey there my friend! This is an amazing hospital and going into all my games! I absolutely love, love, love, the Doctor career and have quite a few sims as doctors (even one with a Maxis Fav 😉). Your ideas on this are amazing! Love the helipad and the use of those slated wall details. Brilliant. I agree it’s a pain to have to pay for the buffet to be manned! 🤦‍♀️ I’m sorry I’ve neglected your channel lately. Work is very busy and I have been a bit AWOL... sorry! I have a doctor sim and this will make going to work with him so much more fun! Thank you so much - this build is awesome:) I bought the starwars pack too for the build buy although I am going to try to use the world like it's an immersive holiday of sorts. I plan on rebuilding/refurbishing the rebellions and first orders bases to try to make them more guest friendly but keeping the theme - I'm not sure if this is possible or If I have the ability 😄 If you think this is something you would like to try I would love it.

You could have just joined the career instead of going to college. The second floor in the default isn’t used, probably because it would cause more distractions for the sims. It’s fine if you’re a doctor, but a distracted doctor is annoying if you’re giving birth. In University, you have to at least pay for meals if it’s not a normal cafeteria lot. I wonder if a bartender would automatically appear in a hospital if you have a bar. Now I want to experiment.
