i am getting MI4 for 5000 rs. its in good condition. Should i go for it or Xiaomi redmi 3s? Also i am concerned if i can store apps in external memory in android marshmellow or not since MI4 has 64gb memory internal but only 1 sim slot & wont work on JIO as it needs 4G were as redmi 3s has 2 slots but only 16 GB space, also supports JIO sim. Very Good Review. Well presented. I have been using this device since two months and I agree with all the pros and cons mentioned in the review. I have moved to this device from MI4I for the sake of Volte facility, but I miss the overall quality and perfection of Mi4i especially the camera. The incoming call quality is a bit on the lower side, I am having to use the phone very close to my ears or use a handsfree, is there any way to improve on this incoming call volume. Good Analysis but one thing, I don't think that its 720p display resolution restricts its Full HD youtube playback as my Android one mobile had wvga like 480p display still could play full hd and also hd laptops play full HD youtube videos. And another thing, I have got redmi 3s 2 days back, every thing is fine, but it has rebooted automatically twice. Is it a problem ? Should I replace it ?? It is running on miui 7.5.5.0 MALMIDE STABLE.

I brought this mobile through mi store online. I'm using jio and airtel sims. jio works fine but airtel 3g isn't connecting at all even after selecting preferred network to be 3g. Jio net and voice works well but when I switch the net to airtel suddenly jio network collapses. I tried many different ways which I could but failed. Jio network is active only when I switch on the net to jio. Can u please solve this issue.

I have facing 2 issue ... 1st : The phone's box doesn't have "Made in India" Seal ... 2nd: In default MiUi ROM ( 7.5.9.0 MALMIDE ) , The default camera application got freezes several times and stopped working for couple of secs ( about 45 - 60 secs ). Hello Siddheswar Sil , After using it for for last 3 days ( after the software update to MiUi 8 ) , it is awesome phone . Battery backup , Display , Camera , Fingerprint , Touch quality , Network reception , speaker quality etc everything is properly working without any issue. I'm using it with Jio sim , no problems at all . Gaming performance is quite good ( played Asphalt 8 , Leo's fortune ) . please update it to it's latest miui version , then you have no issue ... On the built in file explorer app, you will find a option called "FTP", tap on it and then you can connect your pc to you phone with wifi, to download or upload files with easy and works faster than usb connection =)
