RHA MA750i Review

For some of the Andriod people among us... RHA’s flagship MA750 actually comes in two flavors: plain, and with a little “i” on the end. Obviously - and RHA clearly states this on their WEBSITE - the “i” version of the MA750 is made specifically for the iPhone. But that’s not exactly true. While the volume buttons do indeed only work with APPLE devices, the main button, with its PLAY/pause and skip track functions, works perfectly fine with Android gear, and it has a microphone that can be used for calls. And since the MA750i is only $10 more than the version without controls, the choice seems like a no brainer - especially considering how excellent the controls are.

Amazing review! Thanks! A micro tip, as a audio workstation producer and audiophile, i have to say that maybe you could turn up the volume of your voice and pairing to the same level of the music of the intro and outro, because i turned all the way up the vol to hear you and at the end in the music, i almost die because i was 100% volume in the laptop. Great review man. I just want to point out that these are in-ear monitors that actual seat inside your ear canal. Earbuds are basically drivers that rest on the outside of your canal. The old Apple earbuds that came with iPods would be a classic example.

I've just gotten a pair of these, I can say they sound amazing for a pair of in ears. Took me awhile to find the right bud fitting though. Good amount of bass but not over powering till you can't hear the high ends. definitely agree with this review

My biggest complaint after a year of use is that they don't isolate sound as well as some other buds (e.g., Westone W40) mainly because they don't stay in place in my ears like the W40s. Other than that, I found them bass heavy at first but they settle down after you've used them for a few dozen hours. After that, if you can get a good seal, they're very good, and an excellent value.

Bought a pair of these the other week. Unfortunately the wee remote bit doesn't work ith Android devices, only Apple. Still i have no regrets because the style, build quality and sound from these bad boys was worth the money spent anyway.

For future referance, they're in-ear headphones, not ear buds. Ear buds are what you get with an ipod.

No; RHA750s have a warm sound signature, meaning it has an enhanced bass presence. If its bass doesn't satisfy you, then you need to look at basshead IEMs which compromise sound quality. These are about as bassy as you can get without going basshead.

Because these are so fucking good, I now hear all the mistakes with those songs that now sound shit, the earphones have superb quality and clarity, the bass is a little less than i would like but it is really clean. apparently the ma750i has a better low frequency limit and about the same high frequency limit, but I haven't listened to them myself. I do own the Triple Driver, and I can say they're fantastic but I do find myself wishing I had a bit better of a low end without giving up the crisp highs. So if the frequency range of these is indicative of how good the lows and highs sound then I would guess the RHA is better. RHA has a range of 16-40,000hz and 1More has a range of 20-40,000

I haven't tried the RHA 750i yet, so, I can't compare. I tried out 1more triple driver. It has great music quality & sits comfortable in the ears. But, I didn't like the sound quality whenever I used it for phone calls, the call quality was very hollow. So, I returned them.
