I do love how they portrayed her in the show. A wise, respectable woman who's managed to acquire so much power for herself with a number of chances to use it to her own advantage but instead chooses restraint. She was beautiful and majestic until the very end and will be missed. I'm sorry she had to go.

Rhaenys was born on the 7th day of the 7th moon. July 7th. The episode aired on the day in which she perished. AMAZING show writing. Ryan Condal earns it all for me here!!!

I love how she was portrayed in the show: A wise and dignified elder stateswoman. She was the only one who did not bend the knee at Rhaenyra's coronation, and Rhaenyra respeced that. She gave great advise and had the best lines of dialogue. RIP, Rhaenys, I will miss her!

Even knowing it was coming, it was still heartbreaking to watch. Might be some recency bias here, but I think her death hit me more than any in GoT. What an absolute legend.

Thank you for covering this character so well. So many are calling her dumb instead of pragmatic or suicidal, instead of bold. Eve Best nailed her and endeared the character to me more than she already was. She showed the strong bound between Meleys and her in whispers and looks. RIP to one of my favorite characters and my favorite dragon.

i love her way more than i thought. she was a great team player. understood the game was about having a good team and not being a good player.
