The vacation setting does not work on my unit. I'm in Miami and the unit was turning on 4 times a day while I was away and the unit set for vacation. Called the econet help and they were useless

I've been trying to find out what the different color bars mean on the hot water availability screen. I think the green bars indicate the best availability and I would assume the red bar means very low. What does a blue bar indicate?

can you do a how to add the new system to the app? when I do it, the app says "cannot connect to server"

Yes that happen to me the first time I tried to connect, but it didn't happen right away. I came back the next day it connected. If that doesn't work. You may want to call Rheem tech support

The App is trash. This multi-billion dollar trans national company does nothing to update and fix it. It is very buggy and unstable. There is no browser support as an alternate. Sadly, in the YSA, we are 30 years behind our friends in Europe and Australia. I wish we had a true alternative for our heat pump water heater.

I couldn't agree more. It's a great water heater, even though the price almost doubled in the last few months, but the app is horrible. It doesn't update so you don't know if you changed the temperature or turned the machine off/on. Rheem, please, invest few dollars to pay a professional for fixing it.

Worst app ever! Extremely buggy and disconnects all the time. Reconnecting is a huge pain and not user friendly. Plan to spend 30 to 50 minutes trying to reconnect it while it leaves you with cold water for your shower

Sorry to hear that. I havin' it had a problem with it myself. You may want to check with Rheem support
