As far as the recipe, I'd recommend you search in peruvian webpages in spanish and have it translated with google so you can get the real recipe 🤭

What Rhett described in the mystery round about the rice dish he saw on TikTok which is served in a pot then flipped onto a big dish, I am 100% sure that what he saw is Maqlooba which is a Jordanian/Palestinian rice dish that is served exactly this way. It usually consists of Cauliflower or Eggplant(or both), rice and Chicken(sometimes lamb). I am Jordanian and I once flipped a pot of Maqlooba.
