My mom not even ate brolier chicken as we stay in village we dont have exposure to broiler..she had only country chicken or mutton once in 2 months..also we use only cold pressed oils . We dont buy any type of oils in shops , also she didt even touched packed juices or alcohol or chilled water or no hotel foods .. she dont eat unhealthy foods at any cost..one thing is like we are born and brought up in village so no exposure to all those things u said..but she is suffering a lot from Rheumatoid arthritis.. Mam What ever you say is not at all reason for RA..please try to find and say exact reason..whatever u say may be leads to adverse condition of Arthritis but those things are not at all a cause of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Veg (lady's finger, beetroot), sundal, cucumber + carrot salads, Boiled/steamed sweet potato, Agar agar pudding made at home buttermilk + curry leaves Soaked raisins, figs, Gulkhand milk or betel leaf with gulkhand.....
