have pain above my kneecap and it's sometime hot to touch and I have pain in sternum and pain in T1 knot of spinal cord and pain in left wrist, shoulder ,back hips and lower right corner of the rib and I have knee buckling, and I have visited doctors but they are saying I have nothing and he gives multivitamin tablets my crp is around 2.5 and R.A factor test is negative.
