Dear sir Do you recommend any post treatment care like physiotherapy or hot pack helps after giving injection? My case history is like I took Hapid for 2 months after night pain in shoulder in Dec 21. When pain got worst, I took MRI which detects rotator cuff tear measures approx 7-8 mm in sagittal and coronal plane. Study also reveals minor partial articular surface tear involving distal supraspinatous tendon app 15mm proximal to its insertion. I took Kenacort 40mg inj of 2 qt and Anawin 0.5% 20 ml injection one month back. I have lot of relief in pain, but I haven’t lifted my hand above shoulder for 4 months as per advise. Now it is painful for me when I lift hand above 90 degree, so what should I do? I also have a pain while sleep when I move hands over head at night. Thank you for your help.
