Reminds me when my mother was alive 35 years ago and dvd was out and we would rent this movie like more than a 100 times,sing this song, it came to a point we knew every word in this movie. Those were the good old days. Dolly you're amazing. Thank you and Sylvester (btw she was a huge fan of his)for making her happy while she was alive.

I used to work for Sly. The sad part is Sly's agent talked him out of doing Beverly Hills Cop to do this movie. Now Sly wouldn't been anywhere as good as Eddie was. But it would of been a better show then Rhinestone was.

Sly left the project, with the producers promising him another project in lieu of this. He would use his BHC work and turn this in to Cobra.

This movie was a matter of cosmic consonance. Stallone had made Rocky 3 before so this movie had to be made to balance everything out before he made Rambo: First Blood pt.2 or the universe would have blown up from the imbalance of awesome. He saved not ince, but twice by also making Stop! or My Mom Will Shoot. Stallone is an intergalactic hero.
