HI, I put the Rhino Rack T-Loader in the curt hitch that is very loose and shaking. Do you have same situation? Do you know how to make the T-Loader more stable? Thanks

Hi, I hope you can help me I put this together yesterday and it came with a lock just like the one in your video at the 4:10 mark. It's black with green rubber around it. What is that for? Thank you and great video it was very helpful.

Just wondering how long is your kayak. I have a Nucanoe Frontier 10 and am thinking about getting one of these Rhino loaders, just doing research on them now and from what I've seen they seem pretty good from most of the reviews I saw. I have a 2016 ford escape. Just wondering with my kayak being only 10ft in length and 38'' wide if it would still be doable with the Rhino loader.
