Rhino Rally (2006 On-Ride POV) - Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Florida USA

Rhino Rally was a unique safari-themed attraction which operated at Busch Gardens Africa (Tampa Bay, Florida USA) from 2001 to 2014. The original ride (featured in this video) included a water portion (provided by Vekoma) which was part of this fun Land Rover safari attraction until 2010. My video was filmed in 2006 during a visit with the Roller Coaster Club of Great Britain. Shame this was removed...as you can see from the video it was a fun and quirky interactive experience, although dogged with slow throughput and maintenance challenges over its life. Watch out for the endangered species faeces and the African Killer Ducks!

a successful park needs to cater for both - requires a good mix of rides and thrill factor 🙂
