Hi Scott, great to see you again. Hope you and your family are well. I made my own IFAK but the first aid pamphlet is quite good, I have to use micro pore tape because I'm allergic to plasters. Stay safe atvb 👍 🦊

Yeah there's more people than you think that have allergies to Sticky stuff such as Elastoplast etc. Even Gaffa tape believe it or not. Hope you're well

The glue in the tape is the same as in Elastoplast. Neither contain latex anymore so you shouldn’t be allergic

Odd that the manual gives instructions on loads of equipment not included in the kit. Additionally some of them are advanced skills like NPA.

Yeah definitely advanced skills, but handy to know it's there in an emergency situation. A great starting point for a First Aid Kit
