Mous customer service is the best. Within a week overseas for a new replacement. Even when the older models are out of stock (mine was iPhone 12), they recommended the new ones that fit without the additional price. Just awesome. Been using their cases since iPhone 7. It does wear and tear, but customer service is top notch.

I know if he does the drop test the brand won’t pay to him for the broken phones guys he is not a phone destroyer he just gives us the best review about tech and I love his way he explains 🔥🔥🔥

Thanks so much! That’s exactly right, if I trust the product I will drop test it no problem. But have to be honest, with a very thin layer of protection with no bumpers or internal lining, the RhinoShield is just not up to the same level as Mous and others 👊🏼

Great video again Alex, my go to cases are defo Mous and Dbrand. Dbrand are the grippiest case and very versatile with their skin. I am tempted to go for another Mous speckle fabric if you say is also grippy.

I don't know if it's bad luck for some people, but what has stopped me buying MOUS on amazon are the reviews with broken cases and people complaining about the poor quality of materials.

I've used Mous for about 4 years now I think. I did have an issue once where the backplate was lose, but their customer service is the best ever. They sent me a replacement free of charge, no questions asked.

I *always* feel sorry for your iPhone whenever you drop test them, Alex! 🙈 Mouse Limitless 4.0 Leather has been top of my case wish list ever since you first reviewed it. Need to get myself an iPhone 13 Pro Max, first though!

Yeah those drops always make me nervous! To be honest I wish I’d gone with the 13 Pro instead. I do enjoy the bigger screen but the phone is just too heavy and bulky now

Hi Maz. To be 100% honest it didn’t give me enough confidence and these brands wouldn’t pay for my phone if it broke. Plus I haven’t managed to get a response from them about their drop tests. With Mous I feel more confident as I’ve had them for so many years and did previous drop tests…

I would like to see a comparison between Mous and Speck; two of my faves. Plus, Speck has more “grip” than Mous. Both are great protectors however, IMO. I currently have an iPhone 11 Pro. Thanks!

what case have the higest lip around camera ? 13 pro max is huge camera curently i use casetify but the lip in my opinion is not elevate enought

I agree with that on the Casetify, but I drop tested the ultra impact and it was pretty good. On this video both RhinoShield and Mous camera lips are decent too actually. But in terms of protective features, Mous is far superior for me

I dropped my iPhone XR in a carbon fiber mous case out of a 3 story window when I was drunk screen was fine

What sources do you have for torsion breaking the screen? I'd assume (and from my experience) it's mainly direct impact that would shatter glass

Research from case manufacturers themselves who used engineers (e.g. way more qualified than me) to tell them that. Direct impact will obviously contribute but when you drop a phone in my experience, it seldom lands on its face or back. More often it seems to land on corners

Very bad quality product lens protector charged me Rs. 1499 but damaged in 6 months , why go for Rhinoshield if the similar product is available in market with less than 300 Rupees?
