I tie my ties in the same way, except sometimes I do a double knot. I don't like fancy knots, the simplest ones are the best. The Italians from E. Marinella taught me this method.

I understand the four in hand knot but what about that collar. Is the windsor or half windsor better with that collar? Or does collar shape not matter?I thought it does matter what knot goes with the collar. Still very smart though

It depends more about the tie space of the collar ( the amount of space between the to two upper parts of the collar at the front) our collars have a smaller space ( than some) so a four in hand is fine.🤝🥂👔
