while that would have been neat. I feel like in general It probably would have been better if they just took the structure decks for those archtypes and add in their own cards to make it unique. Or maybe both Rhyme and Deon co-creating the decks so both have knowledge on the contents of the decks and that way there is no "hey this deck is way better than this one". I get some of the structure decks aren't the best (like I think I remember the rock/wind structure deck not being the best or having a good boss monster but I feel like you either give knowledge on the cards in the decks to both players or neither get info and you just have to build based off the structure deck so that way it's a fair ground for both players. Heck I think a good compromise would be to go with the structure deck idea and if they wanted to. They could add cards to it, but they have to be from goat era so they can't just pull a modern day support card for their archtype. Like just looking at the list. I feel like maybe Blowback and Dice jar are the only 2 that weren't in structure decks, but frankly they probably are and i'm just not thinking about certain structure decks and what they have in them. But frankly they could just make a Bandit Keith deck for blowback and an all dice deck for Dice Jar. My apologies for the long text wall, I tried to space it out so it's not too hard of a read. I definitly agree that the difference between this one and the last one is that the last one not only had cool character battles that didn't happen in the manga/anime, and it kinda helped that when the first episode happened for season 1. Rhyme says something along the lines of "I made these decks a month ago" so it feels like it's a bit more fair for both sides during that season. Or heck it would have been neat if season 2 was just Gx decks since i'm not 100% sure if all the waking the dragons decks are actual decks (like I know the armor one still isn't a thing).

@@MagiRemmie I saw another comment on here with a really good suggestion for bad decks tbf. Suggesting doto makes all 10 decks instead which adds mystery to it for both rhyme and deion while also adding doto’s signature ‘Dotodoya Factor’ to it which I think would be an amazing idea

Monarch deck with no tribute fodder or floaters to ensure tribute fodder. Zombie deck half reliant on opponent discards with barely any decks that do that consistently. It almost seems like intentional sabotage that leads to a deck being easily shut down leading to lmao one-sided duels.

I will say Zombies were almost unplayable in and warriors had some insane potential. Like honestly if Seereax didn’t get a deck that tributes your monsters, there might not be a deck in the wheel that could do well against it.
