@rhymestyle it is fun. My first fusion card was chimera the flying mythical beast from back in duel monsters, so seeing an updated version that's as strong as it is makes me feel great. I've been building decks i find have cool concepts rn along with ones ive used before. Super Quanta, Predaplant, Shiranui/Vendread (meant to be pure Shiranui but vendread was another deck i wanted to make. It works well), i have an ashened city deck actually based off Seereax's vid on them. I have a zombie world/eldlich deck that I've used for a while. Obv i got the illusion/chimera deck i keep talking about but i am also making a new red eyes deck as my friends suggested. I'm looking forward to it as I've heard it got some new cards recently

I really appreciate you covering this deck for a wider audience, it's been a favorite of mine since it released in INFO and only just now people have been respecting it and wanting to learn what it does. Though i do have a few critiques with how your deck is built and some plays you have made that aren't to be taken as fact at all since this deck is all about skill expression and choosing what you want out of it instead of something like snake eyes where most lists did the same thing with the same goal in mind (which is what i love about it) I believe that in your list is wonderful aside from missing a fourth white forest spell/trap name. I think woes is amazing and should absolutely be run since silvera is not once per turn on it's book of eclipse which can absolutely ruin a turn for most decks + it gives you something substantial if you get fuwalos'd, however azamina aphes is also amazing since it pairs wonderfully with the fiendsmith engine with the tri type including fiend fusions. i personally think in your first combo when you go for a bao that it is a large example of overextension which can easily get punished so easily. you straight up lose to more things and lose out on your nibiru protection by trading an omni for a singular pop which (in my opinion) is a mistake and it's why i personally wouldn't run a bao and instead actually run something like snake-eyes doomed dragon as it makes your already good going second gameplan even more fantastic as you can use the field spell to make smth like astellar into a tuner to make mystic mystery then fusion summon doomed with the two white forest cards you set in the back row, put a monster into the backrow then make execute with doomed and mystic and put another monster into the backrow. Basically, A Bao out for doomed (debatably) weakens your already amazing going first gameplan in exchange for bumping up your good going second gameplan into a fantastic boardbreaking deck and gives it flexibility like no other in this current format which the fiendsmith engine serves to amplify. Another thing i'd like to point out is being able to search veiler off of rciela which can be very nice if your running lower numbers of names like you do. As well, do not be scared to go above 40 with this deck especially on your crossout targets. This deck has about 12-13 ways to a 1.5 or even 1 card combo which is similar numbers to snake-eyes at it's prime which could also comfortably go above 40. I wouldn't ever go above 45 and even that's pushing it, but 42 is a very comfortable number for this deck in my opinion as it lets you shove in more handtraps both for your opponent and for crossout

Yeah I agree to everything you said. Tbh Bao isn’t needed at all but that card is insane and it CAN fit which is why I showed it off. As far as woes, while I like it, the more bricks the worse. Playing woes is great but opening with it instead of a starter could be bad. I look at woes in a way that’s like “what purpose do you serve?” To summon silvera. Since I don’t run zapper shrimp anymore, diabell will be the one that summons silvera and aphes is arguably waaaaay better than woes. Doomed dragon could be a bad going 2nd play a lot. I like the card but it does have a lot of flaws compared to how insane flamberge was. Lastly, I do know a lot of ppl run this deck in 42-45 counts but the higher, the worse it could be. You wanna maximize your chances of board breakers/hand traps and then also having your starters. I do see where your points are coming from though, it is very good feedback.

The issue with Toons and gods is they both run a lot of bricks with no one card starters. Essentially, you'd lose to staple hand traps if your opponent opens up with them. Thats why a good option, for example, is to run the new Horus cards with gods.

If you're going to run Astellar for the soul purpose of summoning Silvy then you should run two or three copies of Piri Reis Map. Probably two. It searchers Astella because she has zero attack. Or worse case scenario if you already have her, you search your Effect Veiler instead. Granted I usually run more gas for my engines than interaction, but given it can search Effect Veiler as well, it technically contributes to obtaining interaction.

Nah you won’t need to anymore because of the field spell. It would be overkill. Also if you search veiler, you brick the card. Piri says you have to normal summon the card first to be able to use the effect

Someday, I'll get around to making a white forest/azamina based deck probably won't be this month or this year, but i will. Especially since I actually like the archetypes and the lore... i have a very bad habit of not using the strong archetypes i like, done it with Snake-Eyes, Labyrinth, Runick(i hate runick stun with a passion, i want to make a combo version), Diabell, Branded, tenpai(seeing it loaded up with nothing but staples and hand traps hurts my soul because it just reaks of no creativity). Ive been eyeing ryzeal, mostly because i want to incorporate it with Star Seraph and or Heraldry Crest (im excitedto see it get support and especially the fact its its alternative forms, MORE NUMBER BASED ARCHETYPESKONAMI PLS THX) Secondarily because im curious anout what majes fiendsmith ryzeal so good, i did a quick few glances at some of its version in tournament tops and my blind as aint seeing shit. I want to go to locals and I know ill run into it so i kinda want to be prepared.

I do have omega as well. I just didnt think it mattered as much in this situation since 1 crossout 2 called by is basically the same as 3 crossout 1 called by. The main factor here was the core WF engine

I have only watched the list now. So may change my opinion after watching the full video, but as a starting opinion, don't you think you would get better end board and consistency if you run only azamina and whiteforest, also run rabbit and azerune?

so i stopped running rabbit and azarune solely because, 1 Bricking and 2, it's not necessary anymore. Yes you can be way more consistent without fiendsmith, but choosing to not run that package is a bit foolish. At worst, you can just set up a desirae play which can potentially save you an extra turn if you get hand trapped to death. On top of that, the fiend package is lacrima and engraver in the main deck. Thats it.

@rhymestyle as i just finished watching the video, i was trying to see how you will balance between going into fiendsmith and going into the azamina engine, but for the most part, you depended on the white forest and fiendsmith, by your experience, do you think is there a way i can go into fiendsmith while getting the azamina end board also with the omni negate azamina and azamina ( fusion montser)?

yes. Theres a few more advanced ones you can do. You can even summon an Azamina off Hallowed if you have 2 sinful spoil cards AND the new diabellstar since she counts as a sinful spoils card. So you can immediately summon the new level 12 and then still get Diabellstar from the GY

@rhymestyle yeah. But i can't see how will i have enough materials to go through azamina and fiendsmith. Will try to copy your deck and see if it works out for now. Also, I would love to see more of the deck since you will be using it in the new modern ygo series against doto and deion. As it would probably give more insight of the deck.
