know what the max height of the arm is when raised (top of phone holder) trying to see if it would fit under a standing desk with the arm raised. Guessing I can deal with it always in metric but if it doesn't fit... seems like an increase in width and length of the running area is the main difference from treadmills that cost almost half so wondering if it's worth it

HI--I have this treadmill and cannot find the instruction manual! I have looked everywhere online and no luck, amazon also does not have it. I am mostly interested in the lubricant instructions, do I just put it in the small hole? Not on the belt directly? Also not sure of how much to use!

Yes you only put it in that small hole, not the belt itself, and you only have to do it every few months. It should be fine out of the box. If you email their customer support or send them a message they are usually very good about responding and can send you a PDF of the manual.

I was wondering if you had any overheating issues with this one. I also would like to know if it will stand a 2 - 3 hours walking a day. Thanks

I have not had any issues with it overheating. Any treadmill should be fine for a few hours walking each day as long as you are taking care of it and potentially taking small breaks. Just make sure that you are using the included oil regularly on the belt and I don’t think you would have any problems.

If everything is plugged in and connected correctly then I recommend contacting them. They have really good customer service and they should be able to help :)

I just took it out the box. Do I need to oil it or tighten the belt? Or just start using it?

It won’t hurt to oil it just a small bit but it is generally good to go.

Yes, all you have to do is stand on the pedals on each side that press down, you stand on them at the same time and that will allow you to lower the handle.

Make sure that you put the emergency pull switch in, otherwise it will not start when in standing position.

@NReluctant I, too, am having a hard time getting the belt to start running. I just unpacked it today, put the red plastic emergency pull switch in, turned it on and pressed the start button and nothing happened. Then I tried to remote (pulled out the plastic tab to activate the batteries) and again nothing. I’ll reach out to customer service, but figured I’d ask you since I was here. Great video, btw!!

Mines will not go passed 6.0KM/H even when the rail is up. Do you know why that might be?

I know that it has a max speed but I am not sure what that is in KM
