The videography/editing of this video is a real step ahead. The coach's interview dubbed over the running segments helped keep the pace watchable, and the various angles of the runners were very interesting. Especially the slow-motion foot strikes - it helps point out the similarities (and differences) between elite runners' forms.

Hi I'm a half marathon runner i use to run everyday while I'm running i don't get tired i don't feel the pain but now why I tired when I run my chest burning and i can't resist the heat on my chest now and i can't even make it to 3 to 4k why give me some advice.

@@waterproof4403 because, I'm not a brilliant runner, but I used to run at around 6.30 mile pace . Then I got COVID , and now I'm wheezing if I'm anything under 7.30 pace per mile.
