I find most places on Instagram. They either show up in my feed or someone I follow has gone. Some restaurants even reach out to me.

Definitely need to try Diamond L BBQ in Aledo. Best brisket I’ve had outside of Franklins.

@@mikebowerstv They sell the meats, so more catering. I get their brisket/pulled pork/ribs for Thanksgiving/Christmas/ fantasy football draft lol any gathering I host. I love Dayne's, their sides, beef ribs, and desserts cannot be beaten. But the brisket, pork ribs, and pulled pork from Diamond L are better. Best pulled pork ever, bar none. Brisket is way more like the Franklins / La Barbecue spots in central Texas.

I never understand why people make prices like "half for $17 full for $35" yeah, just give me the 2 halves that equal a full and I'll save $1. $17/half $33/full makes sense. $18/half $35/full makes sense...

Some people don't want to eat a whole rack of ribs so if they only want a few ribs that's going to cost a little more per rib, this way the cook can cover there cost on buying ribs!

Fries looked limp... I am suprised they didn't go with fresh cut fries, that would have set them apart!

Man I much prefer the crinkle cut over fresh cut. Some of the fries were limp but that’s because it’s served in styrofoam clam shells.
