As a Loma Linda University graduate myself, I am especially proud of this new hospital building that reflects the medicine and healthcare of the 21st Century. A response from someone at LLU is that it is EVENTUALLY going to be used for "Outpatient" clients (I would think the new hospital would be big enough to accomodate "outpatient" clients as well!).
