My mother in law refuses to eat anything with ANY pink. She once made me cook a filet mignon well done. I wanted to die. I mean, I did die inside. It was painful and I didn't even have to eat it.

This may be my favorite episode production wise. Felt very smooth and the steak looked so damn good.

I now think I have to transfer this week's grocery delivery to get some/a ribeye. It is the best steak, and the one I always go to. ETA: I usually do longer on the stove, but I also have been skipping the oven for a decade.

Wait, did you put the steak back onto the pan it was salted/peppered in? That might have pathogens! DX
