It's not women coming forward. It's the NDAs and hush money he used to silence them. Especially promoting those women to higher positions and larger salaries. He use company funds for all that. The "severance" packages he gave after they left, did come from his own pockets though. Sadly, it's not the women's testimony that did him in, it was lying to investors and shareholders.

I agree with ric. I disagree on one thing. He WAS a genius. In his older years he has settled into a routine and the quality of the show proves that. He def made everyone, he was innovative for years and years and years but over the last 10-15 years he's settled into this cookie cutter booking and it's time for new blood to take over. Vince couldn't, and can't run the company forever. Time for new blood and I might even start watching it again
