Rick Rude is about as much of a baby face as Tully Blanchard, if fact Rude was one of the best Heels of all time

@@terryg995 Yeah Terry I know it, Tully just had prick written all over him, he was a natural and I agree with you that Tully was the best, but Rick Rude pulls in a close second. just like Tully, I never seen any video of him playing a baby face, he was always a heal and he always drew big time heat where ever he wrestled

@@soulofanerd9364 I don’t think the fans could ever accept him as a babyface and I also don’t think he would want to be one. You can still be in stings position money wise and maybe that’s what Rick flair meant but if he meant that rude wanted to be a babyface and make money like a top guy, that’s messed up especially where rude is dead and can’t defend himself. Flair was afraid of rude and I love flair especially how he was like Tom Brady with wrestling just did it longer lol but he did so much for the business however, flair can be two faced. Flairs 73 years old so all I care about is him staying healthy I’m the next remaining years. He says that charlotte is so great, it’s his daughter, and she’s a star but he’s always repeating the same stories about how he told macho man that he couldn’t beat HhH on his way out along with how his daughter is the Lou thez of todays wrestling lmfao

I think Rude wanted to be the Heel face of the company but to be that,Flair would have to move down the card and that wasnt happening. Flair isnt as bad as Hogan or Michaels but his political logic was probably that Rude was such a stud then with Paul Heyman,He could’ve been the lead heel if even for a year. Flair has admitted his insecurities with his looks over the yrs,if Rude got over over,Flair probably saw himself as out.

Rude's back nearly snapped in half. What's he talking about he faked it? Being away from the business made him want to get back into it again desperately, however that was at his own serious risk. Rude was the consummate professional. Great in the ring, not so much outside, with the exception of how he approached the ring during his introduction. Yes he took Lloyd's of London and the story of him wanting WCW, Bischoff, to pay all that money was legit. He didn't even want Heenan to be his manager in WWE. More than that, the injury, etc., was the heart attack he had and why? Rude was part of a group of guys who died way too young. Steroids? Pain killers? Something else? Sad, he could still be here telling sharing his stories. Rude also was a legit tough guy. He put guys over like the Warrior but he was as tough as they come and good to work with but don't cross him in that ring. He was like Harley Race, Meng, Dick Slater, and a few if those other guys. Great adult entertainment like gimmick too and he played it very well as history shows.

@@simplyhuman2213 yeah but I mean these were just wrestlers man. If rude was doing malicious stuff to women and their husbands I’m sure it would of been bad enough to make the news. I bartended for years and I’ve seen it all at the bars. When people get drunk especially after hard work to your body, yoh do stupid stuff that you wouldn’t do sober. Ya, I had a friend who owed me 3k for a car and it was out of 6k so he paid me 3 so far. He died in august and owed a lot of people money. I’m very sad he’s dead still and his family didn’t deserve it. Did he do some bad stuff? Yes, he did, and there’s no need to dwell on it because he’s gone. Rick rude died and my perfect had an interview in character for the wcw and almost started crying. One thing he said that you could tell was a shoot, was that a lot of people didn’t go to his funeral and he still did a lot for wrestlers and even helped younger talent. Owen hart almost ruined Steve Austin’s career tbag made my childhood fun but he died and he was a great man. It’s just tough with death. It’s all opinion though, when George Floyd died after all those horrible crimes he did to women with guns, it was sad that he died but to make him look like he was a saint and an innocent great man, that was awful. Ric rudes death was really a big deal to the wrestling community and that wasn’t right.
