Ric was looking for something on his phone to show the others. I watched it live and as soon as I saw Ric drinking I knew that he would bring up Reid and start crying, like he always does. I even commented so and someone that doesn't know anything about Ric Flair, got upset at my comment. But Ric was both high and drunk. Bert didn't know anything about Ric Flair in real life and stupidly asked him if he had any regrets in life. That's when he brought up Reid.

Ric Flair is a man addicted to the lifestyle of being on the road. He has destroyed three marriages this way, through his heavy drinking, partying and infidelity. He never grew up, and he never slowed down to put money aside for retirement. He has veen a functioning alcoholic all of his life, but now it is starting to catch up with him, as are the problems he has caused with people, including his family. He drinks when he thinks about Reid's death, but he has ridden the 'life on the road' train so long, he doesn't know how to get off, and he can't spend quality time with his family because that would have to involve being selfless - something Ric Flair will never be!

I though Flair had turned over the proverbial “new leaf” after his heart attack when he swore off alcohol. Obviously that did not last too long. It seems like he has resigned himself to the fact that he is getting to the end, so he wants to go out living life on his terms even if it speeds up the expiration process. As a professional however, he should turn down invitations to be interviewed on podcasts if he is not going to respect other people’s time and just half-@$$ the interview.

I watched the entire interview with Bert and Flair, it was a very good interview, it was 3 people sitting around talking about Ric's career, wrestling in general but when the subject of family and his son came up he broke down a little bit, something he would do if he was sober or not, in this case he was hardly drunk. I find it pathetic and sad that you and Dutch needed to make a video about it to basically mock and make fun of the situation. I've lost people in my life that when brought up in a conversation whether I'd been drinking or not I'd break down to. It's called emotions perhaps if you two had some you'd understand. The fact that some of your own minions are commenting as if they saw the whole interview is simply the sheep mentality of today's society. In regards to you and this podcast it's embarrassing and shameful to say the least, anything for views huh. Now I know Flair's done things to embarrass himself in the past but this isn't one of those times. Perhaps you should watch the entire interview and then apologize to Flair personally for making something out of NOTHING.

This host REALLY has a hard on for Flair. Flair must’ve turned him down, because he works through Conrad Thompson, who Flair says repeatedly is his best friend, which is just really sad on its own. But this host is seething when he mentions, “do not talk about your dead son.” If the hosts of the show Flair is on don’t seem to mind, maybe STFU. These podcasts rarely break the 100,000 view count, and Shane Douglas’ just went under, and he’s running out of high quality guests at this point. It seems he and Dutch use Flair to get as many eyes on their podcast as possible. Anyways, he needs the views so he can buy some shirts that actually fit…Comes off desperate and weird, and I’m no fan of the current Flair and his burning the candle at both ends while also burning a lot of bridges. This weeble wobble needs to take a breath and find something better to talk about. Running out of those really tough questions like “who is the smelliest wrestler” and “who wins the imaginary bar fight.” Top notch wrestling journalism…

The difference between Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair, as they age, is one big thing. Hogan ALWAYS KNEW the superhero gimmick was a gimmick. He knew he was a musician that became a wrestler, who wasn’t a real tough guy. He knows he works out and looks good for his image, which makes him a lot of money, but his back is gone, and he needs his new wife to hold him up if they walk any distance. Someone tried to break in his house once and he had a gun waiting for them, grateful he didn’t have to use it. He wasn’t trying to play Hulkamania and beat them all up. He studied money, he studied business, and he got all his money back after that divorce, and probably more. Ric Flair is a forever child who believes his own gimmick all the time, and for that, he’s constantly broke. He keeps wanting that one more match, but the last one was so bad, it wasn’t true. He doesn’t want to change, and it makes him constantly broke and constantly in his own head. Also, what happened to Reid didn’t help.

I just watched the episode in its entirety, and Ric didn't appear to be drunk, he was engaging throughout, and I do not believe this was quite the train wreck you are making it out to be. We have seen PLENTY of Ric Flair meltdowns, but this wasn't one of them.

I think ric is a con man. But to be fair to him he was asked if he had any regrets and he said time with family. They all started talking about the regret of not being there for their kids. all I saw was a dad going through the moments he saw his son and the other 2 guys understanding his pain and preying they never go through it themselves

So Dutch, there is absolutely nothing wrong with his interview for the podcast I sat and listened to it how drunk can you possibly get on a couple of Coors lights and whatever he came drunk on. but at no time did he lose it he never skipped a beat And his speech is slurred anyway . I met him on a few coffees and he sounded the exact same way. so quit picking at the old man

@@RagingCookie127and Dutch isn't biased? Can't get over a dumb Twitter feud from a year ago, now his entire shtick is just fixating on Flair. I don't care for Flair, but it didn't "ruin" the podcast if you actually watched it and didn't just take a clip out of context. It was just three drunks crushing beers and kicking it. And they specifically asked Flair about his regrets and he brought up his son's passing. That's it.

@@HIVPositiveMD yeah his issue with Ric is not from a twitter feud a year ago lmao Dutch has explained this many times. Btw many people have made commentary videos on Bert Kreischer having a wild substances problem as well.

@@ellemarr7234 if you're just now figuring out Bert Kreischer is a drunk, idk what to tell you. That's been covered for years and they even take jabs at him about it during that same episode. I'm sure all the YT "commentators" pointing it out will cause a change. The commentary Dutch provided is also nothing new. Flair is a drunk idiot but who tf cares lol. The man just needs to move on and not worry what everyone else is doing with their life.

Bert asked him, “what’s your biggest regret is?” Are you surprised by Ric’s response? Y’all really be stretching anything for content. Do better.

You have two guys on a podcast using content from another podcast as the subject but neither one of them seemed to know what they're talking about. I watched the show that they are talking about and the reason Ric flair was talking about his son it's because Bert kreischer (the host) asked him if he has any regrets in life and that is when he told the story of his son and how his greatest regret was not doing more to help him. Of course when you lose a member of your family you're going to be emotional about it. It isn't a comedy podcast.

If you LOOK closely there is a can of Liquid Death on the table. It looks like a beer can but is actually spring water lol, look ut up. The other cans later are Ric's woooo "energy drink" which ive heard has mushroom extract and other things that can give you a "buzz". But I huess its supposed to be a clean energizing type thing? As for whatever else Ric Flair might have drank or been on off camera who knows?Haha

Ric is in a very, very dark place that he will never be able to crawl out of. I understand that a lot of people don't like him and he's been a straight up asshole to many but I feel bad for the guy. That nonstop drinking combined with what he had to go through with Reed and ultimately what ended up as Reed's death, absolutely took a huge toll. I wish there was some help for him but Pandora's box seems to be permanently opened for Naitch.

I think since his son passed, Ric is doing almost all he can to rush to the grave. It's sad, ever since he was told by his doctors not to ro drink, he's been pounding the booze. Im no therapist but hopefully he can get some help to live as Richard Fluer, (sp)

I remember that time that Ric got paid like 10K from that Jobber guy (I forget his name, he basically ripped off Ric's gimmick) so he could roll out Ric at some backyard mud show. It's the guy that injects that oil into his muscles to look ripped. Cornette talked about it one time. I wish I could remember the guys name. He was some no-name jobber back in the territory days, but came into big money via an inheritance.

I don't know how he's been able to drink like this for so long without liver failure. But it just goes to show that lifestyle and genetics have a play in how fast your liver gives out from drinking.
