What happened to the part when Flair pinned Von Erich? Remembering I saw this in the segment of the Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling and mentioned whomever wins the European Heavyweight Championship between Stephen Peitipas and Killer Karl Krupp will face Ric Flair in the old Halifax Forum. Petitpas pinned Krupp and win the European Heavyweight Championship, but I sided with Krupp because his foot was drapped over the rope, and pin should have been count out. Technically, Krupp deserved the title shot...I hope someone has that on film and uploaded it to KZbin
Both Naitch + Kerry both REALLY SOLD IT in between falls. No American promoter would ever let Naitch get a clean win on his figure 8. I always hated how he'd let every single opponent reverse his 'special move'. Well how great can it be if you let Barry Horowitz reverse (No disrespect aimed at Barry but he'd appreciate my point). You can't allow that every match.

I'd always heard about this match but could never find it. Flair was really subdued pre-match + it made me wonder if he was kind of pissed that he had to fly over to Japan to take the Belt back after only 2 weeks. He might've expected a bit longer of rest because the travel as Champion is GRUELING and Kerry was supposed to have the belt for a longer stretch but the NWA board felt that Kerry had become a liability by missing dates because of his worsening drug habit. They felt they could no longer trust him. Too bad.
