Can Moms Get Their Life Back?

Episode 1 is like the beginning of my internal conflict after ten years of being a mom. I seem to have aged. Albeit joyfully, I seem to have lost myself in it only to find out that one day, you gain some time back and they don't need you as much and they become people who are less clingy and dependent while you.....I don't know. What do you do? Do you get your old life back? My ruminations are captured in this little film. Let me know if you're in the same boat, too.

Its comforting to know that somebody else feels the same way like I do. I’m 40, 10 years na rin by choice as a full time mum. Its has been my passion, and like you said, at a point, you will have to let it go. When overthinking and anxiety attacks happens, I find myself worried of what I’m going to do with my life when my kids are grown? Is there a place for me. But i believe, that as long as I’m breathing, may purpose ang Panginoon for me even if I may not get my life back, the way it used to be.

I cant count anymore how many times i have watched this vlog especially when i am stressed out (has been one of my go to vlogs) because for one it makes me feel relaxed (i dont know why 😂) and well, in touch with reality somehow that all moms are bombed with multi-tasking whatever everyday...i have two kids, 12 (eldest boy) and 7 (youngest girl)...your vlogs help me a lot

Appreciate this family, non conventional and simply awesome. Being able to relax I believe, it also emanates with the efforts of getting healed not only physically but holistically speaking, being able to be aware of our wounds, pain, and traumas, and intentionally making ways to heal will result to being able to relax naturally.

Yes, I experienced that as well. My stomach ached so bad I almost passed out, that's why I get into more veggies and fruits and more liquid intake. Embracing the grays. And aging gracefully. 🎉❤

Even if i drink 8 glassess of water everyday hindi pa rin siya sapat for me ti have a regular banyo time nkakaloka😅 so my doc added probiotics to my supplement and it works wonders❤ 40 na rin ako and lagi puyat kaya need na ng ibang help like supplements😂❤ happy birthday to Philip❤
